Anacortes Farmers Market Annual Meeting *** Pending Approval***

Board Members present were Nicole Holbert (VP), Sheri Muntean (Treasurer), Charlotte Johnson (At-Large), Linda Libby (Community At-Large). Absent were Rhonda Gothberg (Pres), Linda Doolin & Kyra Breckinridge (Secretaries), Brian/Crystine Campbell (At-Large). Meeting was called to order at 11:06am by Nicole Holbert.
No minutes were submitted from last General Meeting as the secretary was unable to attend. Steering Committee minutes from September meeting were available. It was requested that minutes be available prior to meeting in order to read thoroughly. Keri stated that she would post minutes on the website with the notation "Pending Approval" for all to view prior to each meeting.
Financial Report was presented by Sheri showing our market to have a 40% increase in revenues dues to extra grants. Per our budget, we were actually just $1000 over.
Market Manager Report was given by Keri. She stated that overall is was a fantastic year in spite of current economic conditions. Final 2009 sales were presented with an increase of over $60,000 from 2008. We would like to explore options for getting our own 501c3 status and will look into that further.
